The Time was 11:05 AM.
Wally West did a few stretches to warm up for his run. Licked his finger and held it up in the wind, nodded, knelt down, took a runner's pose and then zipped off.

Captain Cold blasted around the bank with his ice gun, forcing everybody to run and hide. *ZIP!*
When everything went quiet, the people looked around and saw Captain Cold unconscious and tied up.
Mirror Master and hundred's of clones of him walked out of the reflections, each one holding a gun. They smiled "We'll be taking control here!" They all said at the same time.
*ZIP!*
The clones all suddenly shattered in every room of the building, one after another and then a red and yellow blur ran around the CEO's before running off, leaving Mirror Master in the same condition of Captain Cold.
A car's tire popped and it spun out of control, going over the edge. The driver screamed for help and closed her eyes. She opened her eyes when she realized she wasn't falling anymore. Opening them, she realized she was not only standing on solid ground in front of a cafe, but she even had her purse and her insurance papers in hand.
The next city over, bombs were starting to go off all over it. Seven bombs, seven buildings, all spread out, all set to go off at the same time. They all got to one before stopping cold, drained of their speed. The people of the city only saw a red and yellow blur running around their city. At the police station, an officer stepped out to find the would-be bomber tied up, with his dismantled detonator's in front of him and a note from The Flash.
New York was under attack from Gorilla Grodd and an army of his super intelligent Gorilla's. For a brief time before Wally arrived, blitzing each Gorilla hundreds of times, taking out each of them and then running around Grodd, punching him hundreds of millions of times and creating a massive tornado as he pummeled him. Flash ended his blitz and put his foot on after Grodd fell over and passed out.
Metropolis, Flash zipped around the city, ran into Luthorcorp up to Luthor's office where he sat in Lex's chair for a moment, reclined, and then ran off again, heading out before anyone even knew he was there.
Gotham. Flash zipped into Arkham and checked in on the cells, making sure nobody had broken so far today. Everything checked out, so he ran off to Wayne Manor, stopped for a moment to wave to Alfred and then ran off again.
Wally finished his morning run by circling the globe, crossed Themyscira to check up on Wonder Woman and Power Girl, ran a few circles around the place and then zipped off, circling the globe a few more times before heading home.
Flash arrived back home at Central City and stretched. "Awww yeah, that felt good."
The time was 11:06 AM.
