but one day she met Konna aka Black Crow who pick her as part of a guardianship program and became her legal guardian. Mandy and Konna got off a rocky star at first, but Mandy eventually came to respect Konna as mentor, and a mother figure. but she still had questions about her real mother in her mind. by the time she was 14 she officially became Konna's side kick calling herself Bee. her super hero career would only last 2 years, because in 2000 she was burtally beating to near death and left for dead in abandoned warehouse by her mother Maylou aka Smiley.

12 years past since her death and one month ago her body was dug up by the Shadow Star Occult and her organs were stole from the battle axe City funeral home. she was taking to their base in a country under a dictatorship. their the Shadow Star Occult used Nemesis Tech to bring her back to life as a Cyborg. their intend was to make her a part of their group but that wasn't going to happen as upon awaking Mandy went berserk and assault the Shadow Star Occult.

making her way outside their headquarters, not knowing how she came back to life or where the hell she was Mandy wonder around aimlessly wearing black hooded cloak she took from a Shadow Star occult member. when Mandy got word that Smiley might still be alive, and that a new hero calling her self Darkgale had appear in Battle axe City. she became furious as in her mind her mentor Konna hadn't avenged her , and some upstart was trying to replace her as Konna's sidekick. so to make sure Konna, and nobody else recognize her Mandy don a new persona White Wolf and became a vigilante targeting crime lords and dictators.

as White Wolf she ran into Belia Coldsteel aka Darkgale and had a fight with her which end in her winning. but not before Darkgale collect a sample of her blood, which she left for Konna aka Black Crow. as a cyborg Mandy is must stronger and faster then she ever was as full fledge human. however because of her cybernetics Mandy is unable to harness her Chi so she can't do Kage Hoshi Okaruto style Taijustu.

but she was never thought that particular style of Taijustu she was thought modern Taijustu by a former Shadow Star Occult member by the name of Kazi Meio one of Madam Bu's top ten students ( Kazi Meio is rank 10 on Madam Bu's list). in 2000 Madam Bu was planning on abducted her into the Shadow Star occult and training her in Kage Hoshi Okaruto style Taijustu but Smiley had interfere in Madam Bu's plans. now Madam Bu and the Shadow Star Occult are currently after Mandy Sykes determine to make her a part of their group.

Immunity to toxins ,drugs, and diseases. superhuman jumping, Enhanced Memory , superhuman reflexes, self-sufficiency due to her Cybernetics Mandy has no need for air, food or water, but she still needs to rest. cause of her cybernetics she is able heal from External wounds, including fractured bones and deeper burns at a accelerated rate.

Regenerate from loss of blood and heal from major internal organ damage ( her cybernetics can repair her body but can't build new tissue ) . superhuman senses, Superhuman Stamina.

2 Semi-Immortality because of her Cybernetics Mandy is unable to age.

due to the Shadow Star clan unable to fully understand Nemesis tech, Mandy has cybernetics in her body that are lock and not in operation. her first and second layers of skin are artificial due to the fact that her epidermis and dermis layers were completely damage during the warehouse explosion. her underlying muscles, tendons and ligaments had to be repair due to them suffering damage from the warehouse explosion.

Following the Dracula War, Matthew and the others helped the city to get back on it's feet. However, the battle with New York and demons and vampires was a major wake up call to Matthew, causing him to realize that there was a lot more out there than just them. Realizing that he would need to get much stronger if he was going protect his friends, his loved ones and his city. After a talk with his friends, Matthew left to go to LION and received special training from Sophia and General McGivern. The training was harsh and unforgiving but he got the best out of it. Increasing not only his own
incredible strength, but also increasing his speed, reflexes, endurance and learning martial arts. The result is a Matthew several forms tougher. He forged himself a new costume too. On top of being tougher, it comes with a re breather in the mask, in case of a gas attack, Matthew having learned from the underground prison fiasco. Along with his increased abilities, he begins slowly developing a new power: Flight.

The Shadow Star Occult used to be station in China, but Madam Bu had move its location to country under a dictatorship. Madam Bu had interested in Mandy Sykes aka Bee since she was train by a former Shadow Star Occult member Kazi Meio in Taijustu, who used to be one of her best students.

she plan to enlist her in Shadow Star Occult back in 2000 but Smiley had already killed Mandy before Madam Bu could abduct her into the Shadow Star Occult. but didn't stop Madam Bu, she and the Shadow Occult study up on many ways to bring people back from the dead and settle on cybernetics. Ming Bu is a lot older then she looks her official birth record has her as being born in 1812, but yet her son Hioishi was born in 1970 so she had Hioishi when was 158 years old. Ming Bu's secret to her longevity is a mystical hot spring called Fenghuang Míngxīng Chūntiān ( Phoenix Star Spring). before moving the Shadow Star Occult main base of Operations to it's current location in 1912 Ming Bu was at death's door and was searching for a way to rejuvenate her dying body. her quest took her to a remote control that was rule by a dictator there she found a mystical hot spring.

that rejuvenating her body making her young again , healing her dying body bring and bringing her back to her prime. Ming Bu name the mystical hot spring Fenghuang Míngxīng Chūntiān , and had the Shadow Star Occult's main base of operations move to this remote country and had the new base built on top of the hot spring so she could have full access to it at all times. Found in: 220 AD by Jian Niu

History to the start of the Three Kingdoms era in China a Military officer of Wei by the name of Jian Niu and his men abandoned the Kingdom and set sail to far away island told to them by a Old sailor that was said to be surround by a thick fog and that nobody has ever survived the trip there expect for him. with the old sailor as their guide Jian Niu , his men and a couple of Wei civilians navigated their way through the harsh waters. there where times when Jian Niu's men wanted Jian to turn back but Jian was determine to find this island that he old Salior talking about. eventually he , his men and the Wei civilians made it to the island with only a few casualties.

He and his men then settle down on the island and form a military dictatorship where Jian and his military had absolute power. Jian name his country Nebulasolum and the island it was on NebulaInsula because of the thick fog that surround the island. years past and Nebulasolum became a mighty nation of military might. one of their great inventions is the airship made for the sole purpose of getting from place to place easier.

before they invented the airship Nebulasolum people had to travel to other places by going through the dangerous cave entrance filled with jagged turns and certain death at every corner. the creation of the airship made it possible to avoid this. Nebulasolum previous dictator Chong Zhou aka Siege Master the leader of Legion 6 and a student of Madam Bu Leader of the Shadow Occult used invade other countries in attempt to take them over before he was over thrown by the current dictator.


Nebulasolum also has a mystical fountain of youth type hot spring called Phoenix Star Spring which is used by Madam Bu to preserved her youth.

daughter of the first dictator of Nebulasolum  Jian Niu  and the second  & still actually current dictator of Nebulasolum.

Bio: in Nebulasolum history   Jian Nu's daughter Xiu Niu was next in line for dictatorship after her father. but Xiu Niu couldn't wait for Jian to passed away naturally so she plotted to kill him and take over the country.  Jian got wind of her plot to kill him from his men  and had her sentence to banishment.  but before she could be banish Xiu purposely committed suicide as if that was her plan along.

as she fail to the ground a book on Jiang Shi fall out from  beneath her robe and her father just demiss it   as nonsense , as he didn't believe in that stuff.  she was buried far away but one year later she came back from the dead as a   Jiang Shi  and killed her father & his men carrying out her plan to take over Nebulasolum.  but Xiu lost control over her new found powers and in the process nearly destroy Nebulasolum. so after she became the ruler of  Nebulasolum Xiu made a charm for herself that would regulate her power and place it on her forehead.

even now Xiu is still actually the ruler of Nebulasolum, all other dictators  including Chong Zhou aka Siege Master were just puppets unknowingly doing her bidding. Chong Zhou was the only one who got wind of this and plan on getting rid of Xiu, but Xiu had found out and got   a replacement to over thrown him. there are rumors that she has align  her self with Dracula.

powers: Xiu is a very powerful  Jiang Shi and has the following abilities  blind sight, claw retraction  , able to turn people into Jiang Shi,  has no organic weaknesses,  superhuman durability, Superhuman Endurance, does not feel pain,  resistant to high amounts of pressure , highly resistant to  heat & cold, enhanced senses,  flight, the ability to transform her claws into different weapons or her self into a weapon, regeneration , Telekinetic Aura ( this is how she moves about and controls her body since her body is actually  so stiff that she can not physically  bend her limbs and body.

she also immortal and her regenerative ability is a form of bodily reconstruction. Xiu doesn't share the typical weaknesses of a normal Jiang Shi being a high end Jiang Shi the only way to put her down is by kill her enough times until  her core runs out.  unfortunately the amount of times she needs to be kill before her core runs out is uncannily high.  her core is her heart which in high end Jiang Shi is crystallized.

as a Jiang Shi Xiu is able to drain Chi.

Bio: the Dictator who doesn't not have a name yet  is one of Xiu Niu seven Wise Men / one of her Admirers   who have been giving abilities base on the Chinese zodiac.  the Dictator is the youngest of the Wise Men , and is the one who Xiu Niu got to over throw Chong Zhou  and made him the current false ruler of Nebulasolum.  Dictator and the rest of the Wise Men  were giving their abilities through mystical blue stones that was placed into their chests by Xiu Niu.

Bio: Zāihài the second Wise Men  belongs to extinct race of Parasitic aliens that resemble leeches called.   Xiazuouzkuious by themselves are pretty much powerless against all other creatures  so the only defense they had was to infected other creatures bodies and take over.  but all that change  Xiazuouzkuious tried to infested the earth .  they were quickly wipe  when they tried to infect intoxicate  humans, they couldn't handle ethanol.

all expect one that is Zāihài who managed to survived by infected  Chinese monk.  once the host is infected the Xiazuouzkuious quickly drains the body of it's blood supply and then takes it over.  with a host body a  Xiazuouzkuious has the ability to shape shifting into other creatures,  and regenerative durability .  Zāihài got his fire manipulation  when Xiu Niu place a mystical blue stone inside its host body.

because of what it is Zāihài is envy of every other race and has a inferiority complex. it especially views races like humans as nothing more than roaches to mask the fact that it's at the bottom of the food chain. how a  Xiazuouzkuious infects their host is by first waiting until the host is asleep and then crawling in a orifice their host , be it  the ears, the  mouth, nose or something else. unlike humans ethanol is highly toxic and corrosive it eats through  the  Xiazuouzkuious' body and whatever host body it's using.

Ethanol is even worse for Xiazuouzkuious when it's set on fire, the heat makes the Ethanol eat through there body or  the host body there in faster. Zāihài is responsible for the death of Mark Hacksaw  Jr's father Mark Hacksaw Sr who he murder while disguise as a orc.

Bio: before being associated of the Statesman Nevada Kid was know as the Vegas Kid a master thief who was the arch nemesis of detective Mitch Stillison. Vegas was able to eluding Mitch many times thanks to his ability to untraceable and undetectable. using his other enhanced skills along with his ability to switch matter with other matter such as switching a bank vault with a glass window allow him to sneak into places and gain easy access to money and valuable items. but one day during a heist on Las Vegas' Largest casino Mitch finally got up to him in a game of cat and mouse , Mitch's partner got shot by Vegas while chasing after him.

and when Mitch confront him Vegas use a de aging ray on Mitch to turn Mitch's body into that of a 10 year old. then he disappear in puff of smoke as he got away with stealing a large sum of cash from Las Vegas' largest casino.

Solveig is a female Xaimam who stands 9'0"  which is very tall for a female Xaimam. as a child Solveig was always tall compare to the rest of her Xaimam  girls her age.  on her 16th birthday  when    Apophis  the Destroyer's  invasion of Valzarok happen  Solveig desert her home world  just before the major battle happen leaving in crystal like rocket ship.

the reason why she desert Valzarok was she was  the one responsible for the invasion. while joy riding in space  she was capture by Apophis army in exchange for her freedom she told them the location of home planet Valzarok and lead them right to it.  Solveig arrive on earth the same time as Agent Freight Train and her sisters Great Grandmother   Maktig but  landed in a different place. that place  was the country Nebulasolum where she roam the island country  as a  savage Barbarian.  

until she met Xiu Niu who offer to give her purpose as her guardian and to grant her power. convince that becoming Xiu Niu's Guardian and gaining power would make up for her  causing the slaughter of her home world  and abandoning it  Solveig accept the offer and became  Xiu Niu first Wise Men the Ox of Saturn.

Bio: while not with her fellow American Junior Psychic Detectives Shinji is hard at work becoming a Tsukumogami Shokunin in Acadmey run by Izanami the Queen of the dead which is located in Yomi ( the Underworld). sometimes wicked souls escaped the underworld to wreak havoc on the living. that's were a Tsukumogami Shokunin comes in it's their job to retrieve these wicked souls and bring them back to the Yomi. Shinji is a Tsukumogami Shokunin in training so she's task to going only after the weak ones.

her Tsukumogami is Takara a sword pass down to her grandfather after she passed the hellish entrance examine to enter Yomi Acadmey. but since then Shinji has been slacking off on her homework only thinking about getting strong through physical training. because she's headstrong Shinji has the tendency to rush into things being reckless and trying to do techniques she's not ready for like Takara's giga buster mode. she's also a big fan of Ultra girl so she trains hard evil day so she can be a hero like her idol Ultra Girl.

when it comes to students at the Yomi Acadmey is at the bottom of the barrel but shows natural talent in using a Tsukumogami. she also has the psychic ability to sense auras thanks to her mother's genetics.

Bio: Samantha are Sam as she's called by her friends is a member of the American Junior Psychic Detective Squad and the daughter of the LVPD Carlos Mazuzuo. when not with her friends Sam is busying practicing her shooting skills with her father who is training her to one day become a officer of the law like him. she has the ability to track people psychically a ability she gets from her mother's genetics. her mother Azalea Mazuzuo used to be a member of a special PSI section of the LVPD create to investigated paranormal activity.

like her mother Lily is a medium unlike her mother however Lily can only psychically sense Paranormal activity she can't see or communicate with spirits. but this is because she's only 10 , she's not a full fledge Medium and her mother's medium psychic abilities developed over time. her mother passed away when she went with follow PSI members to investigate Amityville house. Lily's mother Rosemary had plan to repel the evil violent and evil spirits that were said to lurk there.
