the O-Buster is a giant high tech sword with a blade the size of size of a 15 foot tree in other words it's F$#king huge! the handel part is made out of a nearly indestructable alloy metal and the blade itself is compose of pure solidified energy. the O-Buster has energy amplifier that allows it to be charged up to release a charge up to unleash a massive wave of pure solidified energy. when not in use the weapon is a red orb that looks like a glowing red button on Sevda's right arm.

weakness- Attacks of a different dimension (i.e. Spatial Slicing and Teleportation) may bypass her Ultimate Defense" her vector field is on auto at all times, but a smart attacker can get through her field by attacking, and then quickly pulling away just before contact. This will have the create a reverse vector" to reverse the pulling away, allowing the opponent to punch her which in fact can increase the power of the punch, thus bypassing the her Ultimate defense.

Bio: Superior Elite Vector defense Armor Neo Atomic Bio Omega Android or Sevda Naboa was design by Creed Labs / in 1924 as part of weapons program for the U.S. goverment. when she was first made they had to deactived and seal her away in a tube because of a malfunction in your bio motherboard cause her to lose control of her power. but in 1958 the newly form DARPA created a safeguard to allow Sedva to control her power and then cruely force her to fight Superior Elite Vector Defense Armor Neo Atomic Bio Omega Android protypes base on her design as part of a combat training program. being self aware Sevda question why she had to destorying things that look similar to her and why she was treating like a object.
she always demend to be treating like a person and everytime DARPA / Creed Labs said they would give her freedom it had been a lied. to them she was nothing more then a object a weapon, and her self awarness was thought as being meaningless. but there was one person who treating her like a person that man's name was Fleainina Chroinc Kazouziu her creator. Chroinc always want to give her freedom but never could because of his contract with Creed Labs.
Sevda is responsible for beating Mistress Supreme Unrealman's wife Maylian's alter ego when she was drunk with power along with the help of LION agents. but after she defeat her and went back to DARPA, they had lock Sedva inside a tube and lock my memories of ever being activated in the first place including her memories of her creator Chroinc to make sure she won't have any sentimental attachments. however in 1965 one year after Chroinc's death Sedva who have to undergo her cruelest test yet. she was yet again force to fight the protype Naboas but this time she had to complete destorying them, and had no choice in the matter caused DARPA made it so that she was force to destorying them or get destroyed her self.
She had to do this for several times always question why she had to destroyed them, that force her to destroyed them seem heartless and cruel. but when Sedva was force to kill a protype Naboa she had grown attached too one that her develople self awarness akin to hers she cryed in tears and wonder how can anyone be so cruel to allow this, why did she have to be threat this way, why did things have to be like this. before DARPA testing her readings they tried to lock her memories again to remove any sentimental attachments and her self awarness to make her fully robotic. she then like this and want her freedom so she fought back against Creed Labs and DARPA.
in her anger she caused a lot of damage to the facility she was in and managed to kill a lot of DARPA agents. but eventually they managed to deactived her seal her in tube and locked away her memories again. three years later 1968 she would be actived by DARPA again but this time she would be inserted in a special operations team dub the H.I.T.M.A.N as new member. but she was strictly to threating like she was a weapon and not a person.
the members of H.I.T.M.A.N. never knew of Sedva tragic past so to them she had always been a emotionless robot advoid of any feelings or self awarness. rest of her bio to be told in Bruists Flashback story.
Sevda Naboa's vector manipulation works by by harness free floating electrons using a unique electron mechanism that's located in the center of her Bio motherboard that generates a unique particle that interacts with the electrons. this allows her to control the vectors of electrons, she used to have safe guard to keep her power under control but now she has a specialized suit that does that. without her suit her vector manipulation would completely destroyed anything around her by breaking up electrons. this is due to a malfunction in her bio motherboard.
about Sevda's specialized suit: the suit was design by Professor Paladia and Sevda always wears and wears attire over it. the suit itself covers her body from feet to her neck and the bottom of her chin. she might look like she's wearing headphones, but that too is part of her speicalized suit.

. With Jeff being a more twisted version of The Joker it fits really. That and he'd be a nice comeback enemy for Artemis, considering what she's about to go through with The Statesmen
