The Merry Mutants, an all OC band of mutants, are a comedy based team who put on shows and such for the people of the world using their powers to show them that mutants are cool and awesome. They have occasionally teamed up with the Great Lakes Avengers.
While not exactly helpless, they aren't really the front line fighters that the above teams are and prefer to talk things out rather then fight.

Bio: Before Callisto became the leader of the Morlocks she used to be a thief, who had a history with Storm back when she was a thief and before she joined. How she met up with The Morlocks was nothing more than a chance meeting when she saved one of them from a group of humans. She was introduced to Sunder, the previous leader of The Morlocks.

She became the leader when Sunder was killed during the Morlock Massacre and she lost her eye during a battle with one of the Marauders. When she assumed leadership she rebuilded the Morlocks, Storm aided her in the rebuilding the Morlocks when she was recovering from the Massacre. The Morlocks grew to respect Storm to the point that when Callisto had considered naming her her second in command The Morlocks had no qualms concerning it. After many years and a few hardships The Morlocks are restored to their former glory.

While The Morlocks consider themselves neutral when compared to The X-Men and Brotherhood they have aided The X-Men on a few occasions and are even welcome at Xaviers should sanctuary is provided

Bio: In early childhood Black Mamba was raised by the USSR's Specter Op's program and was groomed in the Red Room along with Natasha. Black Mamba was injected with a serum that would enhance her physical attributes and mental attributes beyond ones normal capabilities. While training within the Red Room her physical attributes were gradually improving but the real test was not just her physical portion of her training but her mind. The serum was different than what originally designed. It was an upgraded version in that it evolves the human mind as the USSR were looking at creating an army of psychics and Black Mamba is the first of it's kind. She didn't develop the ability to read minds or move objects but the serum evolved her mind to the point that she became a child prodigy

During her upbringing Black Mamba was very courteous, adventurous, and respectful. She went through every grueling training regime with no complaints. Even did a few missions with some of the soldiers when she was ready for a field test. They even trusted her with the other experiment subjects like Natasha, whom had bonded after a few missions.

She was evaluated 24/7 and haven't shown any sign of instability. Then one day as she decided to part ways with the organization. It was something that she planned from the start but she waited till she had every precaution taken care of. She killed everyone of her supervisors before she left the compound.

Since then she operates as a freelance mercenary. Doing field work for whatever terrorist organization, mob organization, supervillain, or whomever has the right kind of money. She always remain under the radar, not many have found her outside of a small few. She joined The Marauders when Sabertooth was tracking her down. In a instance both of them found eachother as Black Mamba heard about the group and their leader and was looking for employment with them. The last time she saw Black Widow was during the war with North Valia. Both her and Silver Hawk fought in a 200 story building and after an intense battle both Silver Hawk and Black Widow came out alive, despite the need for a visit to the infirmary. The last they saw Black Mamba was when a bomb exploded and she was in the area where the bomb exploded. It has been years since their encounter and both Silver Hawk and Black Widow are far from convinced that she's gone for good.
