Sheninu Goukui is Quantum counter part of Prime Shen Gokuan Lu. he first appear in Nasoq intro. Rinda's past will expand upon the character. so there is only one Sheniu Goukui in Quantum. who is still at large. but I'm changing his name to that of his Prime counter part since you think there's two Goukuis in quantum .

As this happened, Derrick and Mariah moved through the city, practically incognito. "Kind of helps we know the city some, right?"

"Well, that and we know the buildings. These guys are probably operating IN the city or close to it Derrick"
