A woman in green walked the halls till she approached the doors leading to the throne room of the ruler of this realm. She stares up at the colossal monster guarding the throne room"I wish to have words with your Lord, he knows who it is" The guard looked down, noticing a helmet with horns sticking out and recognized who seeks council with the Malekith"You may enter" his voice boomed then the doors opened and Loki walks past the two doors to speak with The Dark Lord

Malekith was lounging back in his golden throne, head leaning on his left hand, his dark blue skin being reflected off the light of the treasures in his room, smile widening as he saw Loki. "Ah, Loki the Lie-Smith, son of Odin, brother of Thor, to what do I owe this pleasure of you being in my presence once again?" he asked in that way elves do when they're trying to be sincere

in other words, Malekith was a jerk and he knew it, but he also acknowledged that Loki was probably his better in the areas of magic and overall mischief. He still felt a need to hold his own though

To see the object suck his soul dry as youth is rejuvenated into others, his strength sapped and his might diminished would be glorious payback for wha the did to my realm. You have yourself a deal, Loki Laufey-son. I have the perfect thing for your brother and his foolhardy friends, especially the voluminous one" he told him, nodding over to the corner. Loki would see a massive, winding and incredibly complex maze overwrought with traps and hear a roar, an all too familiar roar

"yes, befor eyou ask, that is Mangog, and how I procured him is of no concern to you" Malekith said dismissively. "The Maze of Mental Massacre will siege upon the weaknesses in those so called 'heroes' nad have them cause their own destruction, a sadistically inspired plan I figure dyou might like" Malekith told him, not getting up out of his chair

She outstretched her hand then her eyes glowed, inside the maze where Sif and the others are they feel the foundation shaking"Whats going on?" Fandral said in which Sif responds"I don't know" They see the darkness creeping upon the four remaining group"No matter what happens lets remember why we came here!"Volstagg said as the group tries to outrun the darkness but it engulfs them

"And the band is seperated. Lets see how well they do individually" Loki said as her eyes returned to normal(Nothing personal Skurge) she thought to herself

Malekith would look at Loki for a split second longer than one of his status probably should have at the God of Mischief. While he would dare to say that yes, Mangog can do his part, do not questio me, this was LOKI, known for horrific schemes. Malekith merely responded with "yes, he can do his part, and we shall see what happens now that the stakes are raised


As the group became separated, the Warriors Three and Sif started to experience visions, or miniature realities of their worst fears

Fandral seeing things like previous 'conquests' turning out to be old hags, and vengeful ones at that

Volstagg being shown decayed food, all of it surrounding him as other Asgardians choose to eat his rather large frame

Hogun seeing the grim 'future' of The Reigning while Sif, well, Sif sees Thor with the Enchantress, happy

the nature of the Mental Massacre maze makes these feel all too real, pressing against the willpower of the beings in the realm, forcing them to fight agains tit till they die. A danger for most Asgardians as they are the type to fight on, but has Malekith underestimated our heroes?

OT: I like Loki and Malekith's interactions. They're like siblings with their back and fourth banter

And what does Skurge see?

Skurge had always loved the Enchantress, always did, even if she could not, would not see it

Loki had been one to laud this fact, and laugh at it, thus allowing Malekith to hear it and he spurred up a nasty image. Enchantress in Thor's arms...having the life crushed out of her by the god she 'loved' and Skurge helpless to do anything about it. The further he reached, the farther they got, it was almost unreal how out of grasp Amora and Thor were, or was it?

She always felt out of his grasp, and wasn't she? WHy would she love him? A boisterous, bold brute, when Thor had all of his strengths and looked like the ideal Asgardian

He'd hear this from a strange voice (A disguised Malekith) posing as Loki (yea he's power tripping) laughing at Skurge. "It's ridiculous how much you love her but I will admit she does love you, like one does a pet, isn't that right Skurge? WHen she says jump do you say how high?" Malekith/Loki asked, grinning in front of him

As the group became separated, the Warriors Three and Sif started to experience visions, or miniature realities of their worst fears

Fandral seeing things like previous 'conquests' turning out to be old hags, and vengeful ones at that

Volstagg being shown decayed food, all of it surrounding him as other Asgardians choose to eat his rather large frame

Hogun seeing the grim 'future' of The Reigning while Sif, well, Sif sees Thor with the Enchantress, happy

the nature of the Mental Massacre maze makes these feel all too real, pressing against the willpower of the beings in the realm, forcing them to fight agains tit till they die. A danger for most Asgardians as they are the type to fight on, but has Malekith underestimated our heroes?

And what does Skurge see?

Skurge had always loved the Enchantress, always did, even if she could not, would not see it

Loki had been one to laud this fact, and laugh at it, thus allowing Malekith to hear it and he spurred up a nasty image. Enchantress in Thor's arms...having the life crushed out of her by the god she 'loved' and Skurge helpless to do anything about it. The further he reached, the farther they got, it was almost unreal how out of grasp Amora and Thor were, or was it?

She always felt out of his grasp, and wasn't she? WHy would she love him? A boisterous, bold brute, when Thor had all of his strengths and looked like the ideal Asgardian

He'd hear this from a strange voice (A disguised Malekith) posing as Loki (yea he's power tripping) laughing at Skurge. "It's ridiculous how much you love her but I will admit she does love you, like one does a pet, isn't that right Skurge? WHen she says jump do you say how high?" Malekith/Loki asked, grinning in front of him

Fandral unsheathed his sword"Come and get it witch!"

Hogun scowled at the sight before him then presses on, determined to find his comrads and survive the maze

Sif didn't find the image flattering, more because she know Thor better than whatever force inside this place is showing"Sending false illusions after me wizard? Have the courage to show yourself!"
